England & Johnson Exterior Services was founded by Brandon England and Cyrus Johnson with a shared belief that property owners deserve more from the companies they hire.
Too often, customers are left dealing with missed appointments, poor communication, rushed work, and contractors who disappear once the job is finished. Brandon and Cyrus wanted to build something different: a local company that shows up, communicates clearly, takes pride in its work, and earns customers for life, not just for one project.
What began with professional gutter cleaning has grown into a year-round property care company offering gutter cleaning, pressure and soft washing, window cleaning, Christmas light installation, seasonal services, and customized Home Care Plans.
Our vision is to become the first company Mid-Missouri property owners call whenever the outside of their home or business needs attention.

Cyrus co-founded England & Johnson with a vision to build more than an exterior services company, to build a trusted local brand that homeowners can rely on for years to come. He leads the company's strategy, business development, marketing, customer experience, and long-term growth initiatives.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and continuous improvement, Cyrus focuses on creating systems that elevate every part of the customer experience—from the first phone call to the final after-job report.
